Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the highly sensitive nature of research chemicals and lyophilized peptides, Biolabs strictly enforces our return policy to guarantee the molecular integrity and safety of our entire inventory.

1. Research Peptides & Liquids
Because peptides can degrade if exposed to improper temperatures or handling, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any research peptides or liquids once they have left our facility. This policy ensures that every researcher receives pristine, untampered, and fully potent compounds.

2. Premium Supplements
Unopened, sealed supplements in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. The tamper-evident seal must be completely intact. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive an incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email clientservice@biolabsuk.co.uk with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage/error. Upon verification, we will immediately dispatch a replacement at no extra cost.

4. Refunds
If a refund is approved (e.g., for an out-of-stock item or an approved supplement return), the funds will be credited back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
